Evo Wireless Setup in FSX
If for some reason Flight Simulator X has not assigned the Throttle, Rudder and the Hat switch properly:
- Go to the settings and select Controls
- Go to the Controls Axis Tab
In Controls Axis Tab make sure the Saitek Evo Wireless is selected
Scroll down the Assignment List to the Rudder and Throttle
Double Click on the Rudder text and then a window will appear asking you to move the Rudder - Twist the Evo Wireless and the Z rotation should appear, then click ok
Double Click on the Throttle text and then a window will appear asking you to move the Throttle - Push the throttle on the Evo Wireless and the Z Axis should appear, then click ok
- Then go to the Buttons/Keys Tab
Select Views from the drag-down list in the Event Category
Scroll down the Assignment List to View (pan) - double click on View (pan) and then move the Hat Switch on the Evo Wireless in any direction - Hat Switch should appear, then click ok
The Evo Wireless Should be ready for action!
